Herbalife was founded in 1982 by Mr Mark Hughes and his objective was to help people to improve their nutrition and simultaneously give people an amazing business opportunity.

Now, about 30 years later Herbalife is now a billion dollar company and sponsors thousands of distributors all over the world.

From my research, it is quite difficult to find good Herbalife reviews because most of the reviews are written by people who failed to succeed in the business or on the other hand, some of the herbalife reviews are written by people trying to get you into their business.

The compensation plan is based on a break away model which means that you and your team can break off from your sponsors team once you attain a certain level of volume points and your original sponsor will still get a percentage off your teams sales.

The good thing about a break away compensation plan is that it encourages a strong support system since the original sponsor still gets paid on the break away team’s sales.

Does Herbalife Work?

Short answer – yes.

Herbalife works if you know how to build an MLM business.

People that failed to succeed in Herbalife failed because they have been taught the old school way of network marketing – talking to family and friends.

I’m not saying that its wrong to promote your business to family and friends but the danger is that it is not a sustainable approach to building a business because sooner or later, you will run out of leads.
