A lot of people are still skeptical about making money on the internet even though there have been many success stories of people getting online and making a fortune.

This is crazy but there are people who believe that all you have to do is click a few buttons on the internet and the money will come rolling in.

Sometimes, I don’t blame the people who have this belief because there are a lot of fake ‘gurus’ out there selling products that claim to make you boatloads of money at the click of a button.

If you come across any such product, please avoid it like the plague. Because it’s not true and you will only end up loosing your hard earned cash.

3. Internet marketing is a scam

Like I said in the last point, there are scams out there BUT that does not mean that there are no legitimate online businesses.

There are a lot of products and affiliate programs that you can promote that will give you a very good return.

You have to do your own research and due diligence to make sure that you are promoting a legitimate product or program.

4. You have to be a technical guru to succeed on the internet

Some people believe that you have to be a technical guru to succeed at internet marketing.

The good news is that you don’t have to know anything about building websites, or javascript coding…etc.

And the reason why is because there are a lot of freelancing websites where you can pay people to do all the hard work for you.

For example, I didn’t know anything about blogs, or Facebook when I started two years ago, but I have been able to come this far and achieve some incredible results on the internet.
