I just had someone ask me what was the best internet marketing strategy out there and I thought I should do a blog post to answer that question.
My answer might shock you….but there isn’t any best internet marketing strategy!
Of course there are outdated strategies that simply won’t work for 2012 and I’m not referring to that.
I’m talking about the majority of marketing strategies like Facebook PPC, blogging, twitter, solo ads etc etc.The reason why I believe that there is no best internet marketing strategy is that most strategies out there do work if you are consistent.
What would determine if it’s the best internet marketing strategy for you will depend on your resources in terms of time and money.
For example, when I started out online, I didn’t have a budget for paid marketing so I chose to focus on blogging and article marketing.
For me, that was the best internet marketing strategy to pursue, because I had a lot of free time on my hands to blog 4 times a week.
I know of people who started out and they decided to focus on Facebook ppc. They had the budget and so for them it was the best internet marketing strategy.

So if there is no ‘best internet marketing strategy’, what should you focus on?
The bottom line with every single marketing strategy on the planet is that you need to focus on being consistent with strategy you choose.
It doesn’t pay off to jump around different marketing strategies because what’s going to happen is that you will spread yourself too thin and not get any results.
Stop searching for the best internet marketing strategy.
It doesn’t exist!
Pick one strategy that you feel comfortable with and that you know that you can commit to be consistent with it!
Consistency is the name of the game.
If you are going to do Facebook ppc, have a daily budget and place a couple of ads everyday.
If you are going to be blogging, decide on the number of blog posts you want to do per week and stick to it!
I see too many people start off on a high and somewhere along the line, they fall off.
The truth is this: you might not get the results you desire immediately but be consistent and the results will come. It did for me and that’s why I can boldly say this.
